About the Project
A four-building, four-storey residential compound delivered under a single contract from excavation through final handover. Work was split into three phases so the first buildings could be handed over and occupied while the last remained under construction — letting the owner begin leasing seven months before overall completion.
The Challenge
The site was bounded on three sides by occupied residential buildings, with municipal restrictions on working hours and a midday ban on impact work.
Engineering Solution
Noisy activities were rescheduled into a morning and an evening window, and prefabricated steel formwork cut on-site pour time. Breaker excavation along the neighbouring boundary was replaced with diamond saw cutting.
