Supplier & subcontractor registration
If you supply materials or work as a subcontractor and want to work with Sadeem, register your company here. Submissions through this form reach the procurement desk directly, not the projects team.
Qualification requirements
Registration is the first step. Qualification follows a document review, and requests for quotation go to qualified companies according to each project's needs.
Required documents
- A valid commercial registration covering the registered activity
- VAT registration certificate
- A valid Zakat certificate
- Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
- GOSI (social insurance) certificate
- A bank letter or IBAN certificate in the company's name
- A company profile with notable completed work
- For subcontractors: contractor classification certificate, if held
After you register
- Your registration reaches the procurement desk and is reviewed against your activity.
- We request the documents above by email during review — do not attach them to the form.
- Once qualified, your company is added to the approved vendor list.
- You receive requests for quotation when our projects need what you supply. Payment terms are set in the purchase order or subcontract for each project.
