About the Project
Fit-out of three office floors inside an occupied building, covering glazed partitions, suspended ceilings, and the redistribution of lighting and HVAC to a new functional layout.
The Challenge
The building remained occupied throughout; any dust or noise reaching the other floors meant a work stoppage.
Engineering Solution
The work zone was sealed behind airtight hoardings under negative pressure, and all cutting and demolition moved outside business hours.
